Terms & Conditions
Art 1 – Cancellation of courses
In case of bad weather conditions (lack of waves, sea too strong …), courses that cannot be carried out will be in agreement with the managers of the center, replaced by alternative activities, postponed to a later date or reimbursed.
In case of cancellation by ESB La Torche, the amounts paid will be fully refunded, without giving entitlement to compensation (in particular in case of insufficient participants).
Courses not carried out by the client will not be refunded except in the following cases and upon presentation of proof:
– call for an examination
– illness or bodily injury of trainees
– death in the family
– employer certificate
In the absence of proof, no refund of internship will be possible.
Any internship started will be settled in its entirety.
Customers who have booked online do not have a withdrawal period.
Indeed, the right of withdrawal does not apply to «leisure services […] that must be provided at a specified date or frequency», in accordance with the provisions of Article L.121-20-4 of the Consumer Code. Consequently, the option of withdrawal within 14 days for exchange or refund, provided for in article L.121-20-4 of the Consumer Code, is not applicable to the dated Services reserved with the structure ESB La Torche.
Art 2 – Responsibility of the structure
The trainees will be supported by the structure and therefore under the responsibility of the instructors at the call of their name. They remain under the responsibility of the monitor until the time of storage of their suit on the rack. The civil liability of the structure concerning its trainees ceases outside these hours, within the deadlines described above.
The parents or managers of the interns will have to ensure before entrusting the interns in the structure that the planned service takes place.
The trainees registered in class, undertake to respect the instructions of the instructor supervising the activity.
ESB La Torche declines all responsibility for breakage, loss or theft of personal equipment, including in the locker rooms.
Any complaint or suggestion relating to the organization or conduct of an internship, course, rental or service must be addressed with any supporting documents, to the attention of the Director of ESB La Torche, specifying your full identity, the service concerned, the place and the date.

At the end of this operation and in the absence of a satisfactory response, or in the absence of a response within 60 days from us, you can contact the mediator of Tourism and Travel, whose contact details and modalities of seizure are available on its website: www.mtv.travel referring to the NAUTISME EN BRETAGNE contract.
Art 3 – Insurance
The legal guardian of the minor or major trainee certifies that the trainee participating in our activities has no contraindications to the practice of water sports.
– the trainee aged 16 and over is fit to dive and then swim at least 50 metres.
– the trainee, under 16 years of age, is suitable for immersion and then swimming at least 25m.
– For the wave garden (5 to 8 years), that the trainee is not afraid of water.
The legal guardian authorizes the persons responsible for ESB La Torche in case of emergency, to drive it in a hospital or any medical or surgical intervention may be performed if necessary.
All persons registered in the structure benefits from a federal license including in particular guarantees in Civil Liability, Individual Accident, Assistance and Recourse, the terms of which are described in the contract Allianz Cabinet Gomis-Garrigues (available at the reception or in appendix of the GTCS) and available to parents or legal guardians.
The school license offers these guarantees only during teaching hours.
Personal injuries will be insured by taking additional guarantees proposed (available at the reception of ESB La Torche, or available in appendix of the GTC).
Art 4 – Commitment of the structure
Within the framework of the chosen formula, the Ecole de Surf de Bretagne undertakes to respect the quality charter of the label «Ecole Française de Surf» in terms of quality of reception, teaching, supervision and security. The necessary equipment (wetsuit, board…) will be provided to the trainees during the course hours.
Art 5 – Photos
To keep a memory of your exploits, a photographer partner of the SURF SCHOOL of BRITTANY will be present during your lessons (season July August)
By registering, you agree that he photographs you and that the photos can be used by the SURF SCHOOL of BRITTANY on any medium of communication, for an unlimited period. In case of refusal, you can contact the photographer or your SURF SCHOOL.

10% discount from the second internship. Offer not cumulative.
